Reformer Pilates is a dynamic, full-body workout performed on a specialized machine called a reformer, which uses springs, straps, and a sliding carriage for resistance and support. Unlike mat Pilates, it offers a more intense,, versatile, low-impact, workout that strengthens the core, improves posture, and increases flexibility.

East End Pilates does not currently offer a membership option however we do offer class passes which work like block bookings.

"Bluevale CC" stands for Bluevale Community Club which is our charity partner, previously East End Pilates ran as part of Bluevale however has moved away from 1 Finlay Drive to become its own thing. You may see that our website still runs off of the Bluevale website, this is to allow previous members to continue with the same accounts. You may also see Bluevale mentioned on bank statements or invoices, this is normal and nothing to worry about.
